Ms. Allenor R. Enciso is a communications practitioner with eight years of combined experience in the private and public sector. As the Head of the Communication and Engagement Office of the Research Institute for Tropical Medicine, Ms. Enciso spearheads strategic communication initiatives, most especially on science and health-related issues, corporate and media communications, and branding.

She earned her Diploma in International Health and Bachelor’s degree in Development Communication both from the University of the Philippines.
