Dr. Fedelyn P. Estrella, is the Dean of the College of Allied Medical Sciences and concurrent Chair of
the BS Medical Technology program of the Lyceum of Philippines University-Cavite.

She has completed the degree Doctor of Philosophy major in Educational Management at De La Salle
University-Dasmarinas; Master of Public Health at the University of the Philippines-Manila; and
Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology at Centro Escolar University. She is a Certified Biosafety
Officer (PhABOT) and a Certified Professional in Biorisk Management and Biorisk Assessment by the
International Federation of Biosafety Associations (IFBA).

Dr Estrella is also one of the authors of the PMLS1 textbook where she wrote on Biosafety topics.
Currently, she is actively engaged as resource speaker, lecturer and facilitators of several biosafety
training programs.
