Rajesh Gumban, Science Research Specialist II of the Biorisk Management Office, holds a Master in Business Administration from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa and serves as a Mental Health Youth Coach for the National Youth Commission, a Red Cross Youth Trainer for the Philippine Red Cross Rizal Chapter – Muntinlupa City Branch, and President of the Rotaract Club of Muntinlupa City.
